The primary responsibilities of this role will be to oversee the financial statement audits of Financial Institutions clients in the Minnesota market area as well as supervising the existing audit staff. In addition, this role will require business development skills as the practice positions itself for significant growth.
Responsibilities include: • Conduct complex technical work, research and resolve problems • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients • Direct and review the work of other staff • Financial statement audits and related engagements for financial institution clients

Qualifications: • CPA with financial institution audit experience • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other related field • At least 8-10 years experience preferably in public accounting with Financial Institutions experience • Ability to manage multiple projects and engagements • Strong analytical and communication skills • Interest in serving as an advisor to clients -- Must have substantial network of contacts within the financial institutions in the Twin Cities. The successful candidate, with appropriate performance, can be positioned for partnership.
